Desta vez, a CIPA foi realizada na empresa Vanilix, no dia 23 de janeiro, contando com a presen\u00e7a de \u00c1lvaro Baptista, diretor do Sindmotorlix, e da equipe do Siemaco-SP,Liderada pelo diretor Nilson Ferreira de Souza (Kabe\u00e7a).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A elei\u00e7\u00e3o ocorreu de maneira transparente, garantindo o direito de voto a todos os trabalhadores. Os novos representantes foram escolhidos e ter\u00e3o a importante miss\u00e3o de promover um ambiente de trabalho mais seguro, al\u00e9m de atuar na preven\u00e7\u00e3o de acidentes no local.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O Sindmotorlix e o Siemaco-SP reafirmam seu compromisso em apoiar os trabalhadores e acompanhar de perto os processos que contribuem para a seguran\u00e7a e bem-estar de
