O evento contou com a participa\u00e7\u00e3o do presidente do Sindmotorlix, Marco Antonio, do diretor Nilson Ferreira de Souza e do assessor S\u00e9rgio, que estiveram presentes para garantir a transpar\u00eancia e o cumprimento das normas durante a elei\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O trabalhador Gilson Barbosa de Lima foi o mais votado, com 43 votos, seguido por Fabiola Pereira Soares de Souza, com 32 votos, e Cinthia Ferreira, com 28 votos. O motorista Arthur Gustavo de Oliveira, representante da categoria, tamb\u00e9m se destacou em 4\u00ba lugar, ao receber 24 votos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A CIPA desempenha um papel crucial na preven\u00e7\u00e3o de acidentes e na promo\u00e7\u00e3o de condi\u00e7\u00f5es de trabalho mais seguras, sendo fundamental que o processo de escolha de seus membros seja realizado de forma justa e democr\u00e1tica. Marco Antonio destacou a import\u00e2ncia da participa\u00e7\u00e3o ativa dos trabalhadores na CIPA, refor\u00e7ando que o sindicato est\u00e1 sempre presente para apoiar e proteger os interesses da categoria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Com a elei\u00e7\u00e3o da CIPA na Multilixo, o Sindmotorlix e o Siemaco S\u00e3o Paulo reafirmam seu compromisso em promover um ambiente de trabalho seguro e digno para
